Item 12.1 Election of Morten Bergesen to the Nomination Committee
It is Folketrygdfondet’s view that members of the Nomination Committee should be independent of the individual board members. This also follows from the Norwegian Code of Practice for Corporate Governance (NUES), section 7. On this basis, Folketrygdfondet votes against the proposal to elect the Deputy Chair of the Board, Morten Bergesen, as Chair of the Nomination Committee.
