Item 11: Authorisation to acquire shares in Entra ASA in the market for subsequent cancellation.
Share buybacks can be a good supplement to dividends. However, Entra is an illiquid share with limited trading volume in the market. Buybacks at these discount levels could challenge the principle of equal treatment of shareholders and further reduce the free float.
