Item 5: Advisory vote on the report on remuneration and other benefits for senior executives
The report is based on a remuneration programme for senior executives that has no maximum cap and lacks a description of key details of the programme. This is not in line with Folketrygdfondet’s expectations of the company’s executive remuneration arrangements. For this reason, Folketrygdfondet votes against the report.
