Folketrygdfondets decision to vote against the proposed Conversion of Stock is based on an overall assessment, taking into consideration several shortcomings. The proposal provides an insufficient level of disclosure of details, as well as lacking reasoning to explain the rationale and how it aligns with shareholder interests. For this reason, we vote against this item.
