Item 2b. Report on compensation to leading personnel 

The report contains information only on remuneration to the company board of directors, not to the executive management team. In Folketrygdfondet's view, a primary aim of the report is to illustrate how the company has complied with the guidelines on executive remuneration that the annual general meeting previously approved. In the absence of information on remuneration to executive management, this evaluation is not possible. Therefore, Folketrygdfondet will vote against item 2b.
