Item number 12: Election of members of the nomination committee

As a matter of principle, Folketrygdfondet takes the view that the nomination committee can only perform its tasks if it is independent of the board of directors. This is not the case here, as one of the nomination committee members is also standing for re-election to the company’s board. The item does not allow voting for individual candidates. Accordingly, Folketrygdfondet will vote against the nomination committee proposal as a whole.
