Stemmegivning
Folketrygdfondet stemmer på generalforsamlingen i alle selskapene vi er investert i. Vår hovedregel er at vi stemmer for styrets forslag. Normalt følger vi også styrets anbefaling når det gjelder aksjonærforslag.
Stemmeforklaringer i saker der vi har stemt imot styrets forslag blir publisert her. Vi har utarbeidet egne prinsipper for stemmegivning for å vise hva vi legger vekt på når vi vurderer sakene som behandles på generalforsamlingen.
