Item 2: Authorisation for the board to appoint new board members
The board asks the general meeting for authorisation to appoint new board members. Folketrygdfondet believes that, as a matter of principle, it is the shareholders through the general meeting who shall elect board members. Folketrygdfondet will therefore vote against granting the board authorisation to appoint new board members.
